Calibration & proportions

Drift, a slouching avatar or legs that bend the wrong way usually come down to IMU calibration or body proportions rather than the trackers.

Setup by game

VRChat

Calibrate FBT from the quick menu with your arms matched to the avatar. On Quest standalone there is no SteamVR, so trackers arrive over OSC instead.

  • Official docs

Resonite

Two calibration steps: a reference built from your own measurements, then each avatar fitted to it. Do it in your home world — sliders misbehave elsewhere.
